We sell items from a variety of manufacturers. When possible, we will give you their length of warranty, if one applies. Some info we can't find and we implore you to seek out their company to make sure the info is up to date. We make NO guarantees on our products as we don't make any nor do we make any guarantees that the info is correct. If you have an issue with a specific product, you need to contact the manufacturer (if the item comes damaged or is the wrong one, etc, that is something we will deal with).

Refunds

We can't issue refunds unless you received the wrong item or the item is broken.

We do our best to give you the measurements (when provided). We will not accept returns due to the size, whether it be lingerie or a miscalculation in the dimensions of toys. This is for hygienic reasons.

Free Gifts

We do offer free gifts. Spend $50, get a gift worth $10; $100 gets you $20, 200 gets you $50, and $500 gets you $100. We pick but we try to base the gift on types of items that you bought. You must spend $50 to be eligible.

Secure payments

Currently all payments go through paypal but rest assured you can still use your credit or debit card along with paypal.

Delivery

We use USPS mostly, which may take up to 8 days, but we also use DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We try to pick the cheapest, fastest option. IF you have a preference, PLEASE email us ASAP after your order (or text us at 603-312-4274 with your order number); otherwise we choose.
